These terms and conditions of sale are entered into by the company Palestinement, hereinafter referred to as Palestinement, on the one hand, and by any adult wishing to make a purchase from the Palestinement website, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”, on the other.
The purpose of these terms and conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between Palestinement and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the Palestinement website, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the buyer. The buyer acknowledges having read and understood these terms and conditions, and declares that he/she accepts them at the time of ordering.
Palestinement reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the buyer's order.
The products offered are those available in the Palestinement website catalog. These products are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the event that a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, Palestinement undertakes to inform the buyer as soon as possible and to indicate how long it will take to receive the product. If he/she so wishes, the buyer may request the cancellation or exchange of his/her order by contacting Palestinement by e-mail, [email protected].
The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect resemblance with the product offered, particularly with regard to color, size and texture. Product descriptions are provided for information purposes only, in order to inform the purchaser of the composition, weight, origin of the products or other information deemed useful by Palestinement to be indicated.
Product prices are inclusive of all taxes in euros or dollars and exclude shipping costs, payable in full in a single instalment when the order is placed. On the product order page, prices include shipping costs. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in certain cases. These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of Palestinement. They are the responsibility of the buyer (declarations, payment to the relevant authorities, etc.). In this respect, the Seller invites the buyer to obtain information on these aspects from the relevant local authorities.
Palestinement reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated include order processing costs, but do not include transport and delivery costs, insofar as these take place in the geographical zones specified below.
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product must : create an account by filling in the identification form on which he/she will indicate all the requested details in the case of a new customer, or connect to his/her account if he/she already has one; select the online products he/she wishes and validate his/her basket; the buyer can select and keep the desired products in a wish list before they are added to the basket; at any time, the buyer can consult the products in his/her wish list or basket by clicking on “My basket” or “My wish list”; validate the order after checking it, and continue the ordering process by clicking on “Continue payment”; make payment as stipulated by selecting the billing address, delivery address, delivery charges and payment method; confirm the order and payment; the buyer receives confirmation of the order on the site and by e-mail to the address indicated in the identification form; the e-mail received by the buyer summarizes the details of the order: the nature of the products, the quantity, the price of the products, the total amount of the order, as well as the buyer's contact details, delivery address and billing address.
Items placed in the shopping basket are not reserved.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke one's own terms and conditions of purchase or any other terms and conditions. All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall be deemed proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The sale will only be considered closed once the order confirmation email has been sent and the total amount of the order has been received by Palestinement.
Palestinement reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists, or any order suspected of being fraudulent. Palestinement cannot be held responsible in the event of an error in the details of the buyer or recipient, which would make it impossible to deliver the products ordered.
Palestinement reserves the right to cancel any partially paid order one month after the order date. Products as well as amounts paid as deposits will remain the property of Palestinement.
Payment is required with the order. No deposits are accepted except in the case of bulk orders.
Payment can be made by credit card or Paypal.
Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Orders can be placed anywhere in the world, with the exception of Algeria, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
All products are sent by post.
In the event of damage in transit, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. You can also inform Palestinement by email, who will take the necessary steps to send you another parcel or a refund.
Order preparation takes a maximum of 8 working days, except for pre-ordered or personalized products. Delivery times range from 3 to 15 working days after the tracking number has been sent by e-mail. Delivery times are given as an indication only and cannot be guaranteed. Palestinement declines all responsibility for longer delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in the event of war, strike, accident, bad weather, etc., and the buyer may not cancel the sale or refuse the merchandise.
Once the order has been validated and dispatched, the buyer will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, which will include a tracking number for the parcel. In this way, the buyer can track his parcel at any time on the carrier's website.
On receipt of the parcel, the buyer must check the condition of the packaging and its contents. In case of doubt, the buyer may refuse the parcel and apply La Poste's dispute procedure, contacting Palestinement at [email protected] within 48 hours, specifying the order number.
In the absence of any notification within this period, Palestinement considers the delivery and its contents accepted by the customer. Claims concerning delivery will then no longer be accepted.
Complaints may only be made by e-mail to [email protected] within a maximum of 3 days of receipt of the order, or 60 days after payment of the order if the order has not been received.
In the online sales process, the seller is only bound by an obligation of means.
Palestinement cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption or other involuntary problems.
Palestinement cannot be held liable for failure to meet its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure such as strikes, natural disasters, equipment breakdowns, networks, wars or other events.
Palestinement cannot be held responsible for any errors in the site, as the photographs, texts and illustrations representing the products are not contractual.
