Complaints can only be made by email to [email protected] within a maximum of 3 days following receipt of the order or 60 days after payment of the order in the event that the order has not been received.
In the event of non-receipt of the order, a return of the order or a credit will be offered at the discretion of the seller, except if the buyer has not provided a correct address or has not collected his package from a collection point. In this case, the package will be returned at the buyer's expense once it is received back by the seller. If no return is received, no compensation will be offered.
In the event of a defective or non-compliant item received or an error in the order, the item must be returned to the seller and a return of the product or a credit will be offered at the seller's discretion. Before sending your return, contact sav@palestinement indicating your order number and the items to be returned; you will then be given the postal address to which to make the return and the shipping methods.
In the event of an item return, Palestinement undertakes to reimburse the amounts paid by the buyer within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the return. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Foodstuffs, earrings, personalized products, soaps, and embroidered clothing are not exchangeable. Returned products must be carefully packaged, in their original packaging, intact, unused, and in perfect condition.
