Return and refund policy

At Palestinement, every item is carefully selected from Palestinian artisans and merchants. Our products are handmade and often unique, giving them a special value.

If you have a complaint, please contact us within 48 hours by email at [email protected].

Returns

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to inform us of your wish to return it.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be sent to the address communicated by e-mail after your request.

⚠️ Exceptions (not eligible for return or refund) :

  • Personalized or engraved products (jewelry with first name, quote, date, etc.)
  • Clothing (for reasons of hygiene and size)
  • Food products (perishable by nature)
  • Sale products
  • Minor variations from the photos do not constitute grounds for return.

Refunds

  • Once the item has been returned and checked, we will issue a refund within 14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the purchase (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  • Initial delivery charges will not be refunded.

Undelivered orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so that we can check the tracking with the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs or local postal services.
  • Non-receipt of the parcel attributable to the customer: if delivery fails due to an incorrect address, lack of tracking or failure to collect within the time limit set by the carrier, no refund will be given. The parcel can only be reshipped in the event of an effective return to our services, and only at the customer's exclusive expense. You remain responsible for tracking your order: please check your tracking number at least once a week, as the post office does not always leave a delivery notice.
  • If the problem comes from the carrier (loss, breakage), we will offer you a return, a full refund or a credit note.

Damaged, defective or non-conforming items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or does not conform to your order, please inform us within 48 hours by sending us photos of the item concerned. The item must then be returned for verification. After receipt and confirmation of the defect or non-conformity, we will proceed, according to your choice and subject to availability, with an exchange or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
