This fabric mask was entirely sewn and embroidered by hand by Abeer, a Palestinian embroidery artisan from Gaza. A band of red and green floral motifs stands out against the black fabric, highlighting her meticulous cross-stitch work.
Its contoured shape follows the outline of the face, with two elastic ear loops. Each stitch reflects the time and care Abeer devoted to this piece, rooted in the Palestinian embroidery tradition.

Gently hand-wash in lukewarm water with mild soap, without rubbing the embroidery or wringing the fabric. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air-dry. Avoid bleach and tumble-drying to preserve the threads, colours and elastic loops.
