This sterling silver 925 keyring is an ideal alternative for those who do not wear jewellery but would still like to carry a handcrafted Palestinian piece with them every day.
Its medallion features an excerpt from verse 21 of Surah Ar-Rum:
وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً
“And He placed between you affection and mercy.”
Referring to affection and mercy within a couple, the verse makes this piece particularly meaningful as a wedding, engagement or anniversary gift, or as a gift for a husband or wife.
Each piece is individually handcrafted and calligraphed by Ahmad, a Palestinian jeweller working in Jerusalem’s Old City. The medallion is made from hallmarked sterling silver 925.
The back can be personalised with names, initials, a wedding date or a short message, creating a gift made specifically for the person receiving it.
Any of our necklace medallions and designs can also be made into a keyring. If you would like a different piece of Arabic calligraphy, Qur’anic verse or another custom design, please contact us to discuss your personalised piece.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and chemical products. Clean the silver gently with a soft, dry cloth to preserve its shine and the details of the calligraphy.

A third-generation jeweler from Jerusalem’s Old City, Ahmad handcrafts each piece in his workshop using sterling silver, historic Palestinian coins, and Roman glass. His creations combine traditional craftsmanship with the rich heritage of Palestine.
