Grown by Palestinian farmers in the fertile Jordan Valley, our Medjoul dates are harvested at full ripeness to preserve their exceptional sweetness, generous flesh and soft, juicy texture.
At Palestinement, we offer them by the kilogram through the Palestinian merchants we work with in Jerusalem.
A fully Palestinian supply chain
We ensure traceability at every stage. Palestinian farmers plant and tend the palm trees before harvesting the fruit. The dates are then sorted and packaged by Palestinian merchants before being shipped.
From cultivation to packaging, they therefore remain within a Palestinian supply chain, without colonial involvement.
Supporting agriculture in the Jordan Valley
Choosing these dates directly supports Palestinian families and helps sustain local agriculture in the Jordan Valley, a region facing intense pressure.
Your purchase therefore contributes to maintaining Palestinian agricultural and economic activity on the land.
Naturally nutritious
Medjoul dates are a natural source of energy thanks to their carbohydrate content. They also contain fiber, potassium, copper and a range of antioxidants.
Their naturally occurring sugars make them a convenient source of energy before or after physical activity, while their fiber content makes them a valuable addition to a balanced diet.
The taste of the Jordan Valley
Grown using methods that respect the environment and Palestinian agricultural traditions, these dates have a tender, juicy texture and a naturally rich sweetness.
When properly stored, freshly harvested dates can be kept for up to 12 months.
