This reversible necklace combines the delicate lustre of natural mother-of-pearl with a depiction of Al Quds (Jerusalem) engraved on the other side.
Mother-of-pearl is known for its naturally luminous, subtly iridescent surface. Its shades shift with the light and naturally vary from one piece to another, giving each necklace its own distinctive character.
The necklace is entirely handmade by Ala’, a Palestinian jeweller based in Jerusalem’s Old City. Both the pendant and chain are made from hallmarked sterling silver 925.
It is also available with a gold-plated finish, with a matching chain included.
Thanks to its reversible design, the necklace can be worn with the mother-of-pearl side facing outward to showcase its natural lustre, or with the Al Quds side to reveal the engraved details.
