A necklace created to celebrate marriage, love and the bond between two people.
This sterling silver 925 pendant is engraved with part of verse 21 from Surah Ar-Rum:
وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً
“And He placed between you affection and mercy.”
A particularly meaningful verse for couples, referring to the affection (mawadda) and mercy (rahma) placed between spouses.
A personalised wedding gift
This necklace is especially meaningful for celebrating a life together: a wedding, engagement, wedding anniversary, or simply as a gift for a husband or wife.
The back can be personalised with the couple’s names, initials joined by a heart, their wedding date or a few words of your choice.
This turns the pendant into a personal keepsake created specifically for the couple receiving it.
Handmade in Jerusalem
Each pendant is individually handcrafted and engraved by Ahmad, a Palestinian jeweller working in Jerusalem’s Old City.
It is made from sterling silver 925 and comes with a sterling silver 925 chain.
As each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations may occur from one necklace to another.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and chemical products.
Gently clean the pendant and chain with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the shine of the silver and the details of the engraving.
