Two sides, two symbols brought together in a single piece.
Handcrafted by Ala’, a Palestinian jeweller in Jerusalem’s Old City, this pendant takes the shape of the map of Palestine in an elegant double-sided design.
On one side, Ala’ sets a piece of lapis lazuli, known for its distinctive deep blue and naturally unique variations. The reverse is engraved with a representation of Al Quds (Jerusalem), giving the necklace a different appearance depending on which side is worn.
Each piece is individually handcrafted in Ala’s workshop from hallmarked sterling silver 925. Because of the handmade process and the natural variations of lapis lazuli, no two pendants are exactly alike.
A sterling silver 925 chain is included. The necklace is also available with a gold-plated finish (+€15) on both the pendant and chain.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and chemical products.
Gently clean the jewellery with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the lapis lazuli.
For the gold-plated version, take particular care to avoid repeated friction to help preserve the finish.
