In his workshop in Jerusalem’s Old City, Ahmad gives original Palestinian coins a new life by transforming them into beautifully handcrafted keyrings.
The concept is simple: you choose the authentic Palestinian coin you would like, and Ahmad individually creates a sterling silver 925 setting especially for it.
Every creation is therefore different. Depending on the coin selected, the year, colour, patina and natural signs of age may vary, making each keyring genuinely unique.

An authentic Palestinian coin
The Palestine pound (جُنَيْه فِلَسْطِينِيّ) was introduced in 1927 and used during the British Mandate period. It followed a period in which the Egyptian pound circulated in Palestine after Ottoman currency ceased to be used.
Coins and banknotes issued under the authority of the Palestine Currency Board featured inscriptions in Arabic, English and Hebrew.
Today, these original coins remain tangible witnesses to the monetary system that existed in Palestine before 1948. They are neither reproductions nor imitations: Ahmad works with a genuine period coin and transforms it by hand in his Jerusalem workshop.
The year and condition of the coin may vary depending on the selected piece, making every creation distinctly individual.
Avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals and household cleaning products.
Gently clean the silver elements with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive products and metal cleaners on the antique coin to preserve its natural patina.
