Among the motifs featured throughout the design are the Dome of the Rock, the Key of Return, Handala and Damascus Gate (Bab al-Amoud), alongside other elements connected to Palestinian identity and heritage.

Each element is handcrafted and engraved by Ahmad, a Palestinian jeweller working in Jerusalem’s Old City. The ring is made from hallmarked sterling silver 925.
