Watermelon and kuffieh brought together within the silhouette of Palestine.
Handmade by Ala’, a Palestinian jeweller in Jerusalem, this sterling silver 925 pendant follows the outline of Palestine in a colourful design combining two motifs: the watermelon and Palestinian kuffieh.
One section evokes the flesh and rind of a watermelon, while the other features geometric details recalling the distinctive forms of Palestinian embroidery. The red, green, white and gold details are hand-painted by Ala’.
The pendant is available in sterling silver 925 or a gold-plated finish. A sterling silver 925 chain is included.
