Palestinian zaatar (زعتر) is one of the most iconic spice blends in Palestinian cuisine. Its herbal, slightly tangy and aromatic flavor has been part of everyday Palestinian meals for generations.
Our blend combines thyme, sumac, oregano, sesame seeds, coriander and salt to create the distinctive flavor of traditional Palestinian zaatar.
